Following the fire that burned down the existing building, Hladky Construction built:

• New Pre-Engineered Steel Transportation Building (16,458 sq. ft. of this building includes offices, conference room, office services rooms, 8 maintenance bays, wash bay, spray paint enclosure, tire maintenance bay, and lube service bay)
• New Wood-Framed Distribution Building (6,186 sq. ft. of this building includes offices, conference room, office services rooms, document long-term storage, receiving bay, shop with welding bay, and walk-in food storage coolers)
• Exterior parking for visitors at each building
• Fenced, key-code access parking for staff and 30 school buses
• Fueling station
