The FCA Travel Plaza consists of a 6,000-square-foot convenience store and gas/diesel fueling facility situated on approximately 7 acres at the intersection of Boxelder Road and Garner Lake Road in Gillette, Wyoming.
The project includes a single building designed to accommodate a convenience store, a small fast-casual restaurant, and back-of-house office and storage areas supporting the facility’s operations. Two fuel islands serve the site: one dedicated to large semi-trucks using diesel fuel and a second providing gasoline and diesel fuel for smaller trucks, RVs, and passenger vehicles. Additional site amenities include a large truck scale with readout controls connected to the main counter inside the convenience store, bulk propane dispensing and smaller consumer propane bottles, an RV sewage dump station, and a paved overnight truck parking area.
