The Pine Haven Wash will offer a dually accessible Auto Wash bay and two Manual Wash bays able to accommodate the largest RV’s and campers. The building will also house a 190 SF “doggy-wash” adjacent to the office and tenant space.
The 15,000 SF lot will be hard surfaced with a combination of concrete and asphalt paving to ensure a clean approach and exit.
All in all, this project offers a wonderful addition to the town of Pine Haven.
