The GTI project involved the construction of a large-scale test plant designed to sequester and utilize CO₂ from the adjacent DFS coal-fired power plant. HCI was engaged during the final engineering phase and collaborated closely with GTI and the design team to finalize the foundation design and implement value engineering across multiple aspects of the project. HCI was subsequently contracted to perform construction of the concrete foundations, structural and mechanical installations, and electrical terminations.
