HCI was selected as the CM on the project and assisted the owner and design team in preconstruction, budgeting and value engineering. In addition to acting as the CM, HCI was the successful low bidder and self-performed the following scopes: Foundations, Slab on Void, PEMB Installation, and Cold Form Metal Framing.
The project was driven by a year-end owner occupancy mandate and required diligent scheduling and coordination to meet the requested completion dates, despite numerous COVID-19 related delays and shortages.
